Autrey Mill Nature Preserve & Heritage Center is truly grateful for the generosity and partnership of Kaiser Permanente. Since our collaboration began in September 2025, we have been united by a shared goal: supporting the health, connection, and overall well-being of older adults in our community. Kaiser Permanente’s steadfast commitment to proactive, community-based wellness has made it possible to bring together two organizations devoted to helping people stay active, engaged, and thriving.

Thanks to Kaiser Permanente’s support, Autrey Mill proudly launched Ageless Adventures, a new senior-focused initiative that complements Kaiser Permanente’s “Thriving After 60” program. This meaningful initiative creates accessible opportunities for older adults to enjoy the restorative power of nature, explore local history, and build social connections in a welcoming, low-stress environment. Highlights of the program include guided ecological hikes through our nature trails and historic village, volunteer gardening days that encourage purposeful outdoor activity, gentle yoga designed to promote balance and relaxation, and a rotating “Historic Homes” series featuring hands-on artifacts, engaging speakers, and memory-rich experiences.
