The Autrey Mill Nature Preserve Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization formed in 1989 to operate, protect, improve, preserve, and provide programming to the public.
An all-volunteer Board of Directors governs the non-profit, which employs a paid staff for the daily management of the preserve and its programming.
