Birthday Party Programs are a unique benefit available only to Autrey Mill Members ($50 family membership level). The cost for a birthday party program is $275.00. This cost covers 12 participants, not including adults. A fee of $12 will be added for each additional participant. The maximum number of participants is 25. A fee of $25 will be added for each additional participant over 25.

• A birthday party program is 2 hours long and includes 45 minutes of theme-related activities led by one of our program educators.
• Activities may include but are not limited to crafts, animal interactions, etc.
• The remaining time can be used for serving cake, opening presents, or other activities. Your choice!
• Birthday Party Programs occur in the Nature Classroom or the Upper Picnic Pavilion. 

You can start setting up decorations 30 minutes before your designated party time. You will have another 30 minutes after the 2-hour birthday party for clean-up. You are responsible for clean-up.

We do not provide food, beverages, tablecloths, or decorations. Confetti, glitter, candles, and sparklers are not permitted. 

Fairy Fun

Celebrate your special day with the fairies of Autrey Mill!  Party guests will make a fairy-themed craft and visit the Butterfly Garden to search for fairies.  This is truly a magical celebration!

Wildlife Wonders

Get up close with some of our amazing Animal Ambassadors! Birthday party guests will learn fun facts and interact with two of our Ambassadors. The birthday child may choose from two of the following animals: Pebbles (African Spurred Tortoise), Mr. What (Box Turtle), Bottlecap (Boa Constrictor), Chives (Bearded Dragon), and the four goats. Snakes may or may not be available depending on their feeding schedule and the party date. This party is wild.

Hike & S'mores

Join us for an interactive hike on one of our trails and s'mores at our firepit. Only offered during fall for ages 8-12. For more information about registration and cost, please email megan@autreymill.org.

Birthday Party Programs are hosted in the Nature Classroom or the Upper Pavilion.  The Upper Pavilion is a covered, outdoor picnic pavilion.  The Nature Classroom is an indoor classroom space.

Cancellation Policy: Your date is not reserved until the deposit of 100.00 is paid. The program fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is sent at least two weeks before your scheduled program. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded to the original card. The family membership is non-refundable.

If the refund request is sent less than two weeks before your program, you will receive an account credit or an opportunity to reschedule the party. No refunds will be offered. We do not provide refunds for bad weather; we host programs, rain or shine. All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to megan@autreymill.org.

2. SCIENCE OF SLIME PARTY (Ages 7–10)
Create slime and explore simple science concepts. Take-home activity included.

3. ROBOTICS PARTY (Ages 4–10)

Build, explore, and bring creations to life through hands-on robotics activities!

Children work individually or in small collaborative groups to build robotic models using LEGO®-based educational robotics systems and explore age-appropriate engineering concepts such as movement, sensors, mechanisms, and simple programming. Programs encourage creativity, teamwork, problem solving, and experimentation in a fun and engaging environment. Snapology programs are designed to adapt to different experience levels, making robotics accessible for both beginners and experienced builders.

Build larger moving machines and discover mechanical engineering concepts through hands-on activities.
