How much does a Birthday Party Program cost?
Birthday Party Programs are a special benefit available only to Autrey Mill Members ($50 family membership level). The cost for a birthday party program is $200.04. This cost covers 12 participants. A fee of $10 will be added for each additional participant.

Birthday Party Programs are a special benefit available only to Autrey Mill Members ($50 family membership level).
- The cost for a birthday party program is $200.04.
- This cost covers 12 participants. A fee of $10 will be added for each additional participant.
- A birthday party program is 2 hours in length and includes 1 hour of theme-related activities led by one of our program educators..
- Activities may include but are not limited to crafts, animal interactions, guided hikes, etc.
- The remaining 1 hour is time that can be used for serving cake, opening presents, etc. The choice is up to you!
- Birthday Party Programs take place in the Program Barn or Pole Barn.
You will be able to start setting up decorations 30 minutes prior to your designated party time. You will have an additional 30 minutes after the 2-hour birthday party for clean-up. You are responsible for clean-up.
We do not provide, food, beverages, tablecloths, or decorations. Confetti, glitter, candles, and sparklers are not permitted.
Where will my party take place?
Birthday Party Programs are hosted in either the Pole Barn or the Program Barn. The Pole Barn is a large outdoor pavilion. The Program Barn is an indoor classroom space. The Pole Barn has a capacity of 88, while the Program Barn has a capacity of 42. To learn more and see pictures of the space, please click here.
How do I book a Birthday Party Program?
To request a birthday party program please email info@autreymill.org. In your email please list the date you are interested in and the theme of your choice.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: Your date is not reserved until the total cost of the program is paid. The program fee will be refunded if the cancellation request is sent at least two weeks prior to your scheduled program. Credit and debit card payments will be refunded back to the original card. The family membership is non-refundable.
If the refund request is sent less than two weeks prior to your program you will receive an account credit or an opportunity to reschedule the party. No refunds will be offered. We do not offer refunds for bad weather, we host programs rain or shine. All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing via email to info@autreymill.org.
Make a miniature garden and a flower crown or dig for worms and explore the creepy crawlies that live here! This party can be tailored to suit your child’s interests and age! Participants will explore our vegetable garden, butterfly garden, and greenhouse in this fun and educational party!
Travel back in time with a Dinosaur Dig party. Learn about the giants that once roamed the land, dig for fossils, and more! Participants will make dinosaur-themed crafts, hike the trails, and have fun!
Fairy tales and mysteries abound here at Autrey Mill. If your child chooses this magical fairy-themed party, guests will make fairy-themed crafts and search for signs of fairies.
Birthday party participants will meet three animals of their choosing. Participants will be able to touch and interact with the animals. Please check out our Meet the Animals page to see all the animals you can meet. Please note we do not do meet and greets with the chickens, ducks, or frog. The most popular animals for birthdays are Pebbles, Ginny, Scallion, King, and the goats.
This birthday party centers on our creek! Participants will go on a guided creek hike, get to go in Sal’s Creek, and play water games. This party is best suited for participants aged 6 and up. Only offered April through September.
This exciting party option includes a guided night hike and campfire s’mores! On the guided hike you will learn about nocturnal wildlife. This party takes place in the Pole Barn pavilion and includes the use of our Fire Pit.
Children, and their favorite dolls or stuffed animals, enjoy a birthday tea party with tea and cookies. The activities and theme can be customized to your child’s age and interests. This party is designed for participants 5 years and up.
