Join us for a welcoming yoga class designed especially for older adults seeking to maintain mobility, balance, and flexibility. Led by an experienced teacher who specializes in supporting mature students, each session emphasizes gentle movement, breath awareness, and simple techniques that bring ease to everyday life.

Whether you are new to yoga or have some experience, this class meets you where you are—fostering strength, confidence, and peace of mind in a supportive environment. About your instructor:

After a successful career as an entrepreneur, Joan pursued her lifelong passion for health and well-being, becoming a yoga teacher.  Joan’s focus is on helping mature adults maintain mobility, balance, and flexibility so that they can continue to live with strength, confidence, and ease.  She understands the importance of meeting students where they are, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every body and every level of experience.  Joan’s classes emphasize gentle movement, breath awareness, and practical techniques that support daily life.  She believes it is never too late to feel better in your body and more at peace in your mind.
