First, I want to thank you for your past support of Autrey Mill Nature Preserve and Heritage Center! As Johns Creek grows, we continue to work towards increasing community awareness and appreciation of the history and natural resources unique to our area by:
- Increasing our staff to expand both our nature and heritage programs
- Offering summer camp scholarships to several children in need
- Realizing the first phase of our dream in creating a Farm Museum
- Upgrading our Butterfly Garden, landscaping and trails to invite visitors out into nature
You can see more about what we have accomplished at Autrey Mill and preview some of our current goals in our 2016 Annual Report.
In the fall of 2015 we debuted our wildly successful “Wild About Autrey Mill!” fundraising event, followed by another successful one in the fall of 2016. After careful consideration, we have made the decision to move our annual “Wild About Autrey Mill!” fundraising event to the spring, beginning in the spring of 2018. While we won’t host this popular event in 2017, we do hope you will visit us this year through our Heritage Tours, Unplugged Concerts, Night Hikes, and many other programs.
In the absence of our “Wild About Autrey Mill!” event this year, we are reaching out to our supporters and are asking for a financial pledge to support Autrey Mill, a place that Mayor Bodker has coined “the hidden jewel of Johns Creek.” By supporting Autrey Mill you are supporting our mission to inspire exploration, appreciation, and preservation of the natural environment and local history.
We hope that you will consider donating to help support our mission. You can stop by the Visitor Center during open hours, call us at 678-366-3511, or donate now through PayPal via the button below.
On behalf of everyone at Autrey Mill, thank you for your support!

President, Autrey Mill Board of Directors
